Every single day I wake up and can't believe how lucky I am. I grew up with an amazing family, had (what I would argue) was one of the best college experiences ever, and now I'm married to a pretty great guy. I've always been pretty sure of myself, but being a "grown up" and a wife has certainly brought some new experiences to my life that have ended up being challenging, exciting, scary, and inspiring.
I'm not a great cook- but I'm trying. Not really good at cleaning, but I'm learning. I still don't think I understand how insurance works, and I'm putting off getting a new dentist near my apartment because I don't know how to pick one that my parents' didn't just tell me to go to...
By day, I work in a Christian counseling office where I eventually hope to be a counselor myself in the coming years, but by night you'll find me watching Bravo or old shows on Netflix - I have no standards when it comes to television and you can't convince me to change my ways so sorry.
If all of that doesn't convince you to read this blog.. well then I don't know what will.
